Call for Volunteers

We have several opportunities available to individuals and groups wanting to get involved with the Tulsa Mini Maker Faire as a volunteer.  Visit the Volunteer page for details and to sign-up.  Maker Faire is all about building community and an eager group of friendly volunteers is instrumental to making this a successful event!

Call for Makers Still Open

We received several notes last week from people on vacation asking to extend the Call for Maker deadline. We totally understand the need for rest and relaxation, so we’re leaving the Call for Makers link up on the website. But please hurry and get your applications in soon.

Time Running Out on Call For Makers

If you’ve been waiting to apply for this year’s Tulsa Mini Maker Faire the deadline for the open Call for Makers drive is fast approaching.  Online application will be accepted thought June 15th.  Booths are quickly filling up so complete your application today.

First Maker Application Received

The very first Maker application for 2014 was submitted by Bruce Holden with M.T. Bowls who noted in his application, “I have been looking forward to this ever since we got rained out last year.”

The Call for Makers is Open!

Applications for the 2014 Tulsa Mini Maker Faire will be accepted from May 12th to June 15th.  For more information about presenting, refer to the Maker Guidelines document.  Remember, this event will showcase the amazing work of all kinds and ages of makers—anyone who is embracing the do-it-yourself (or do-it-together) spirit and wants to share their accomplishments.

The Hardesty Center for Fab Lab Tulsa will host the 2014 Tulsa Mini Maker Faire on Saturday, August 30th in Central Park Hall at Expo Square.  Follow the website and Facebook page for information, announcements and updates.
